La Roma apre Trigoria ai giovani

FESTIVITÀ del 1° maggio che l'ippica romana celebra, come vuole la tradizione, con una riunione all'ippodromo delle Capannelle. Otto le corse in programma, clou rappresentato dal premio Torricola, listed race sui 1500 metri in pista grande, un appuntamento classico della stagione per le femmine di tre anni, che fa da prologo al prossimo Regina Elena.

Da segnalare anche il Lorenzo Camuffo, ancora per sole femmine, e il Bruno Agriformi, due interessanti condizionate sui 2000 metri della stessa pista, e due prove riservate ai debuttanti, entrambe sul chilometro della dirittura, il Marguerite Vernaut e il Toulouse Lautrec, rispettivamente per le femmine e i maschi di due anni. Completano il quadro una reclamare sulla pista all weather, in apertura di convegno, e due handicap, a chiusura della sequenza pomeridiana. Quanto a domani, venerdì 2 maggio, l'appuntamento è con il trotto a Tor di Valle. Otto, anche qui, le prove in programma. Clou costituito da una reclamare sul doppio chilometro con i nastri - dieci i concorrenti al via - che ha in Donald Bi e Griffin Baby, ma anche Goal Court Sm e Dragonite Ans, i principali favoriti della corsa. Sabato, giornata di riposo. Domenica, nuova riunione a Capannelle.
